About You

We need the following information in order to consider your video.

Thank you for your interest in submitting your paranormal video to FACT OR FAKED: PARANORMAL FILES ("FACT OR FAKED")and Base Productions, Inc. ("Video"). By clicking "I ACCEPT" below and submitting your Video to Base Productions, Inc. ("Producer"), you agree to the following:

- Your Video is an original work filmed by you and you have the right to submit this Video to us. Along with the Video, you will provide us with your full name and an email address where we can contact you.

- All of the people consented to being filmed, and are over 18, or you have the consent of their parents.

- You understand that Producer is reviewing your Video for possible inclusion in FACT OR FAKED, or for possible ideas for episodes of FACT OR FAKED. If the Producer is interested in your Video, Producer will contact you via the email you submit along with the Video. Producer has no obligation to contact you, acknowledge submission of your Video, or to return your Video to you. You have retained a copy of the Video, and acknowledge Producer is not liable for any harm to the Video.

- You understand many people are submitting Videos to FACT OR FAKED which may contain similar stories, ideas or concepts, and that Producer is also working on ideas for FACT OR FAKED that may be similar or identical to the ideas or concepts in your Video, and that other employees or individuals associated with Producer's parent and affiliated companies may also develop similar or identical materials. You understand that the use of materials, ideas or concepts similar or identical to your Video on FACT OR FAKED does not entitle you to compensation or negotiation or credit and you waive any such claims.

- Your Video is not a confidential submission and that no confidential relationship is intended or created between you and Producer. Producer may use any part of the submitted materials
