When you log into Team Ghost, you can collect points and earn badges based on your Ghost Hunters related activities. To start, log into Team Ghost by using the Login button at the top of every Team Ghost page. Once on the Team Ghost site, you will be able to create or access your Team Ghost profile. If you're already a member you can view what you've won (e.g., Paranormal Profilers badge) or what challenges await you (e.g., watch 10 Ghost Hunters videos) by viewing your profile. You can also trade extra points for goodies from your Profile to your Ghost Hunting Gallery.

How do I register and set up my account?

On any page of the site, click "Log In" at the top right of the screen. Then enter your email and click SIGN UP.

How do I earn points?

Points are earned by performing specific actions related to Ghost Hunters content (such as, watching videos, reading blogs, commenting, etc.).

• You must log in to save your points to your profile.
• It can take some time for newly earned points to be registered on the toolbar or the profile page.
• There are some limits to how many times you can earn points for doing a certain action. For example, you earn points for registering only once, but you'll get points each time you take a trivia quiz. By the way, you won't rack up points by refreshing pages again and again; you have to actually complete the specified activities.

What's the difference between Lifetime Points and Available Points?

Lifetime points are the total points you've earned since you started participating in Team Ghost. These are used for leaderboards.

Available Points are the number of points you've earned but have not yet spent in the store.

What can I do with my points?

Points can be used to purchase items for your personal Ghost Hunting Gallery. Browse through the items by clicking "Buy More Items" at the bottom of the "My Items" bar.

Do points expire?

No, at this time points earned via Team Ghost have no expiration date.

How do I get badges and where can I view them?

All badges appear in the "Badges" tab on your Team Ghost profile page. The ones you haven't earned are greyed out and the ones you have earned are in color.

You'll earn badges each time you reach a milestone (example: when you watch 10 videos). When you've received a new badge, you will be notified automatically.

How do I decorate my Ghost Hunting Gallery?

• Log in, and go to your profile page.
• Scroll down the profile page to your Ghost Hunting Gallery.
• Click open the tab that says store.
• Choose which type of item you'd like to purchase from the options listed.
• Select an item you'd like to purchase and click "Add to Cart."
• The item will appear in your shopping cart. Make sure you have enough points for your item.
• Click "Buy Now." You'll then be directed to your Ghost Hunting Gallery and the item will appear in the "My Items" bar.
• Click and drag the item into your Ghost Hunting Gallery. You can then move and re-size the image at any time.

How do I report problems with my registration/points/profile?

What are the official Team Ghost Terms of Service?

Items offered may be changed or discontinued at any time. We may also add or delete ways to win points and badges, change or alter Team Ghost, change or discontinue any rewards, the way you earn points, the number of points you need to earn rewards. We may also change the number of points required to earn badges or other offerings. As with any of our online offerings, Syfy.com reserves the right to suspend or delete your profile if you violate our terms of service, or for any reason in our sole discretion. Syfy also reserves the right to change or delete anyone's points, badges in whole or in part, if we believe that points or badges were achieved through hacking or manipulation of our or anyone else's site, or if due to technical malfunctions more or fewer points or badges are awarded for certain activities than intended by Syfy.com.

Rewards offered by Team Ghost are for entertainment purposes only and are intended for personal use, and are not to be resold or otherwise commercially exploited. Doing so is grounds for termination of your profile and participation in Syfy Fan Rewards. You waive any right to seek monetary value or compensation of any kind from Syfy.com due to a failure to receive a reward or for any change or deletion of points or badgesor your profile by Syfy.com. The standard Syfy.com also apply. Please be mindful that your profile and actions are public and treat others respectfully.

• We must have an email address for you so that we can send you a promotional code.
• Please check your Account Settings and make sure we have your correct email address.
• All merchandise purchased with Team Ghost points cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.
• Team Ghost points are not valid on taxes or shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying taxes and shipping charges.
• Only one code per transaction: if you're going to purchase additional items while at the Syfy Store, note that only one coupon can be used during a transaction.
