Attempting to reach the second floor, Rayleen comes across double doors that are the only things keeping what sounds like an army of hostile spirits from descending upon her. Rather than risking it, she turns around and ventures to the first floor instead. Good move.
Trying to evade the male presence that's been stalking her, Rayleen reaches the surgical room, where patients were subjected to brutal lobotomies. There she complains of a splitting headache – is she channeling the post-operation pain of the spirits there? (Or maybe she just has a headache.)
When Ray joins up with Ian to investigate the room, something ominous howls at them from down the hall. Ian sees the pale-faced banshee rear her hideous head at him again, and like last time, he’s thoroughly spooked.
Ray tries to summon the courage to get locked inside the mortuary chiller and cozy up with countless spirits of the dead. He ultimately succumbs to his fears and is unable to proceed as planned ... because he's, you know, sane.
After their electronic voice phenomena recorders malfunction, Robb has Allen shut off his viewfinder and lie in wait in a closet. In this vulnerable state, Allen captures the word "Panic" clearly stated on his device – perhaps a spirit calling out for help! Or a command.
Where Ray feared to tread, Gaurav rushes in wholeheartedly - and, much to the others' surprise, his stay inside the chiller is quite pleasant. Again, the trained exorcist and metaphysicist proves his determination and tests his limits.
