Meanwhile, ETU bigwig Truss Jackson and his tech wiz Jules Callaway analyze data from the cell phones recovered from the dead alien terrorists in the factory. They find photos of Flynn's wife, Abby. Uh oh ...
Abby gets paralyzed with a crazy sound-gun and kidnapped by Headphones Guy, who's now quoting Marilyn Manson (as most DJs of a certain age do at least once). His name's McCarthy, and he's got a mean streak.
Flynn asks Emme if Abby had been "doing anything" that he didn't know about, and Emme shows him Abby's GPS. It seems she had recently visited a house that was off her beaten path: 1445 Quaker Ridge Road.
Jules Callaway, the ETU's tech wiz, decodes a piece of music that McCarthy received on Spotify and uncovers a manifesto by the Hunters, a notorious group of alien terrorists. They're apparently about to launch a violent revolution against humans.
Regan and Flynn try to prevent McCarthy from getting on a plane to the Middle East. He has help from Randall Slavich, a Hunter who works for airport security. They wound Slavich as McCarthy retreats into an aircraft.
McCarthy calls Regan by her first name, Allison, and tells her that he knows what's inside both of them, waiting to get out. Regan later tells Flynn and Briggs that McCarthy escaped, which seems a bit suspicious. A series full of drama is afoot!
