Got dough? If so, you can create a tasty snack in minutes that's light, fluffy and delicious!
- 1-2 Round cutters
- 1 wooden rolling pin or dough sheeter
- 1 flat board
- 1 baking pan
Pre-flour the board to prevent dough from sticking
Use rollin pin to make dough even at about 2 millimeters thick all around

Use cutters to create round even dough. Delicately place dough cut-outs on pan
Place baking pan in pre-heated oven. (Oven should be pre-heated on the "broil" setting)
Watch bread closley. The dough should rise like a balloon within 45 seconds.
Remove bread from oven, lightly turn each bread piece over to the other side. Place baking sheet back in oven. Repeat 45 second heating process.
Remove bread from oven. Serve as desired. NOTE: Air bread can be dipped in butter, jam or infused with cheese that will melt inside.
