As a psychic intuitive I've thought long and hard about the sad financial situation that has hit everyone over the last few years, including many of my clients, listeners and friends.

But I'm happy to report that not only have I seen through my 'psychic eye' that our financial freeze is beginning to thaw, I have also received validations from many of my clients and callers to my radio show; who were once laid off from their jobs and now have new and better careers, many of which I predicted.

I see car sales increasing this year by at least 35%. And real estate agents will be able to clear off the cobwebs from their business calendars! We will all we be able to breathe much easier than we have in the past two years, especially after the first week of September.

Although our wallets may become thicker, don't allow them to thicken with credit cards! Pay them off one at a time and only keep one credit card on you for an emergency. You don't need a psychic to tell you that but I just thought you might need a reminder.

Lastly, as your income increases in the upcoming months, work on saving at least 5 to 10% of your monthly net income for a rainy day.

Intuitively, I believe that this added nest egg will keep your spirits and your bank books much fuller, as well as allow you to count your blessings at night instead of your debts.
