Growing up as the orphaned ward of King Uther, Morgana has always been aware of her privileged position in the world. But she has always missed the love of a family and this has made her sensitive to the hurts and struggles of others. She has learnt to deal with Uther - she alone can make him change his mind for the better. And though she hates the arrogant boy, Arthur, she knows that he listens to her when she acts as his conscience. Indeed, if they could only see it, the feisty pair are made for each other, their spiky exchanges masking a deep hidden attraction.
But though Morgana might be noble and forthright now, she has a fascination for magic that legend dictates will propel her into the murky world of dark magic. And though she won't admit her feelings for Arthur, she would be devastated to know that in the dark and distant future, she will become his nemesis.
