NeverlandCharacter Origins

Considered genial and the least vicious of Hook's pirate crew, Smee is described by author J.M. Barrie as "Irish" and "a man who stabbed without offence." Often portrayed as on the huskier side and of broad features, Smee is beloved by the children Hook imprisons in his brig, but is also treated as a right-hand man and confidante by the much more vicious pirate Captain.

Smee may be the least foul of Captain Bonny's pirates, but he's still a scurvy sort through and through, as evidenced by his participation in the imprisonment of the Lost Boys and the pursuit of the Tree Spirits' magic.
