Star Wars Celebration Orlando kicked off its engulfing fanfest of all things from a galaxy far, far away today, and one of the first things on the busy agenda was the screening of a sad-but-celebratory video honoring the late Carrie Fisher. Our beloved Princess Leia passed away unexpectedly on December 27 at the age of 60.
The 5-minute memorial was presented during Thursday's 40 Years Of Star Wars panel, hosted by Warwick Davis (Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace, The Force Awakens), and was headlined by Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy and Star Wars Saga stars from multiple generations, including George Lucas, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, Hayden Christensen, Peter Mayhew, Ian McDiarmid and Anthony Daniels.
Have a look and witness Fisher's charming style, brilliant smile and wicked sense of humor shining through in every tearful moment.
