Penned by Frank Tieri and art by Ricardo Federici and Jason Fabok, Batman: The Murder Machine #1 is the second of seven Metal tie-in titles, each showcasing a different malevolent iteration of the Dark Knight arriving from the depths of the Dark Multiverse to torment our poor planet. This has been one of the most bonkers series in DC's storied history, and Bat fans are quickly warming to its weird, addictive vibe.
The first of this weekly supplemental series, Joshua Williamson and Carmine Di Giandomenico's Batman: The Red Death #1, swooped down onto an unsuspecting Earth last week.
