We’re now only a few days away from the highly anticipated premiere of the third season of Ash vs. Evil Dead and to whet our appetite for another gory season of chainsaw-wielding action, Starz has released a funny sitcom-style teaser right out of the '70s. Which may be the best thing ever if you're both a fan of the series and those "filmed in front of a live studio audience" oldies TV shows.

“Gee willikers! Can this meathead dad raise a moody daughter, save humanity, and bed a bunch of hot broads at the same time? Whatever happens, it’s sure to be a hoot,” reads the caption for the groovy promo.

Those are definitely excellent questions that may or may not be answered over the course of the 10-episode third season, what with Ash and his long-lost daughter Brandy, Pablo, Kelly and new character Dalton busy fighting off the fresh batch of Deadites showing up in Elk Grove. On top of that, we have Ruby playing high-school guidance counselor to get Brandy to kill her dad, as revealed in SYFY WIRE's exciting exclusive sneak peek.

If that wasn't enough Ash vs. Evil Dead goodness, we also have several promos as well as few more video installments where Ash still provides some hilariously bad parental advice to share with y'all.

While two of the promos put the spotlight on the father-daughter-Deadite-killing duo of Ash and his daughter Brandy, a third one warns us that we have to gear up against Evil with a capital E. As for the latest “Who's Your Daddy?” installments, this time we have our aging-lothario giving some tips about crime, summer jobs and the very latest, drugs. Hail to the king, baby.

Ash vs. Evil Dead returns for a blood-splattered third season on Feb. 25 on Starz.
