The folks at Marvel know how to bring out the big guns at San Diego Comic-Con, and they had three extremely cool props on display from Avengers: Age of Ultron that had us salivating to see more.
Not everyone could make it into Hall H to see the awesome footage from Avengers: Age of Ultron that was screened for those in attendance, but Marvel did have three extremely revealing props on display for fans to check out from the upcoming sequel.
Among them? The glove from Iron Man’s epic Hulkbuster armor, the Mark 1 edition of Ultron (before he goes all evil and turns into James Spader) and Captain America’s shattered shield. You know, the shield that survived a hit from Thor’s hammer in the first film and is supposed to be unbreakable? Yeah, that one.
All these elements apparently featured into the footage, where we saw Earth’s Mightiest Heroes beaten and broken alongside Cap’s shattered shield, the early days of Ultron and some glimpses of the Hulkbuster gear.
That May 1, 2015, opening date cannot get here soon enough.
