The ex-Colonial fighter jock is starring as the titular femme fatale in a darkly comedic film about a woman getting revenge on a batch of her unsuspecting exes. Sounds like a very Starbuck thing to do.
Sexy Evil Genius will find Sackhoff in her first motion picture since 2007's White Noise 2: The Light, in which she co-starred with Nathan Fillion. Sexy Evil Genius was written by Scott Lew, a quadriplegic who is suffering with ALS and wrote a bulk of the script by nodding his head toward words and letters on his computer screen.
It'll be directed by TV show runner Shawn Piller who—geek trivia alert—is the son of the late Michael Piller, the well-regarded writer-producer who ran the Star Trek: The Next Generation writers' room ... the very same room that trained Ronald D. Moore.
