In case you didn’t know, Captain Marvel is a pretty big deal. And she’s getting even bigger in 2017.

Marvel Comics has dropped a first look at The Mighty Captain Marvel, the relaunched series focusing on Carol Danvers in the wake of Civil War II. The series is being written by New York Times bestseller Margaret Stohl (Beautiful Creatures, Black Widow: Forever Red) and artist Ramon Rosanas (The Astonishing Ant-Man) and finds Carol now an international celebrity (even bigger than before, we mean).

According to Marvel, the narrative focuses on how Carol deals with the fame, because we hear it’s pretty lonely at the top. Much as she’s done over the past year, Carol will continue to face challenges from every side to do what she thinks is right. As much as we’ve enjoyed the last Captain Marvel run and her pivotal role in Civil War II, it’ll be nice to put the event in the rearview and get back to some semblance of normal. Despite the best efforts, Carol has come across as somewhat of the bad-ish guy in Civil War II. Which isn’t very cool.

The first issue of The Mighty Captain Marvel hits shelves Jan. 18.
