Remember that very cool charity project to take fans behind the scenes of Star Trek Beyond? Now the team behind Guardians of the Galaxy is getting in on the action.
Chris Pratt has teamed up with Omaze for a fundraiser supporting the Lake Stevens Boys and Girls Club, with plans to build a new teen center. To make it happen? They’re giving away all kinds of Guardians goodies (your own mixtape, T-shirts, etc.), with the grand prize being a chance to hang out with Pratt on set for a day as an honorary Guardian. He promises everything from forklift stunts to a chance to punch him in the face (for some reason). Not bad, right?
To help make the announcement, Pratt commandeers a cameraman and makes his way all over the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 set. He bounces around his ship and behind the scenes, where they’re making everything from new costumes to new props. The clip is a lot of fun, and it’s obvious Pratt is still having a ball with this character. The actor even tries to spill the beans on Star-Lord’s father, though director James Gunn pops up for a cameo to shut him down. So close!
