There are only 50 days left until Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom stomps into theaters on June 22 and Chris Pratt will be counting down the days with weekly video journals. Meant to celebrate Throwback Thursday, each upload will take the viewer behind the scenes of the dino-filled sequel with footage of the set and interviews with the cast.

In the first "Jurassic Journal," Pratt catches up with fellow cast members Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda, as they all discuss the first time they ever saw Jurassic Park. Both Smith and Pineda play Franklin Webb and Zia Rodriguez members of the Dinosaur Protection Group founded by Bryce Dallas Howard's character, Claire Dearing.

On road trips with his family, Smith, 22, would watch the Jurassic movies in order and while the rest of his family members would close their eyes during the scary parts, Smith would egg on the dinosaurs to eat the humans.

Jurassic Park was one of the first VHS tapes that Pineda ever owned and she had the strange wish to be Lex (Ariana Richards) during the scene where the T. rex breaks the glass on the top of the car.

And finally, Pratt saw the first film in theaters twice during its opening weekend. He was around 13-years-old at the time and it really left an impression on him.

Pratt posted a second journal that deals with the film's makeup artist, Vivian Baker, who began working with the actor when they met on the first Jurassic World. While Baker muddies up Pratt's face, he asks why she can't just splatter some dirt on him and call it a day. The answer: it all comes down to continuity; since everything is shot out of order, everything, including dirt on an actor's face, needs to look consistent.
