DC Comics Solicitations: Single Issues December 2017

Contributed by

Every month, SYFY WIRE will be bringing you the solicitations for all the upcoming comic books you need to know about. Today we have DC Comics listings for December 2017 single-issue comics.

Comics of note this month include:

• It's still about the DC Dark Knights Metal series, and # 5 features a close-up show on what could be the mainstream villain of the year, the Batman Who Laughs.

• Spinning out of DC's Dark Knights Metal series are six new monthly titles. The first three come out before the end of the year, including Immortal Men, with Jim Lee art and James Tynion IV writing; Damage, by Robert Venditti and art by Tony Daniel and Danny Miki; and Silencer, by Dan Abnett and John Romita Jr.

• The second DC/IDW Batman / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II crossover kicks off with two issues in December, and it's written by Tynion IV, with art by Freddie E. Williams.

• Christopher Priest has been "killing" it writing Deathstroke, and Issue # 26 starts "The Fall of Slade" storyline.

Mister Miracle continues to be the mini-series everyone is talking about, with one of the best creative teams in the business. Tom King and Mitch Gerads continue this fantastic new take on the characters that Jack Kirby gave us.

• If you've been reading Shade, The Changing Girl in trade format, Volume 2, Little Runaway, comes out January 31 and details Loma's Jack Kerouac journey as she leaves her earthbound hellhole of high school for the big lights of the cities out west. We can't recommend this series enough, and if you want a quick download on the series, check out our interview with creators Cecil Castellucci and Marley Zarcone.

Check out all these listings and more below, and then let us know what comics are making it onto your pull list in the comments!
