Race cars, lasers and airplanes are cruising back to DuckTales next year when Disney XD premieres its 21st-century resurrection of the cherished cartoon series from the '80s.  The House That Walt Built announced the entire DuckTales vocal cast today, and it's headed up by Doctor Who's effervescent 10th Doctor, David Tennant.

The versatile Scottish actor will play the wealthiest quacker in the world, Scrooge McDuck, joining a wealth of rising comedians from TV land and beyond, including Danny Pudi (Abed from Community), Ben Schwartz (Jean-Ralphio from Parks and Rec) and Bobby Moynihan (Saturday Night Live) as the mischievous ducklings Huey, Dewey and Louie. Beck Bennett (Saturday Night Live) will bring Launchpad McQuack, Scrooge’s personal pilot, to life, while Toks Olagundoye will voice McDuck's loyal housekeeper, Mrs. Beakley, and Kate Micucci will deliver the animal-loving Webby Vanderquack.

Listen to the new cast display their singing talents by performing their version of the original DuckTales theme song and tell us if you're flapping your wings over this nostalgic renaissance of Disneyana.  DuckTales flaps onto Disney XD in the summer 2017.
