Lock the cabin door, bolt the fruit cellar hatch, hide the Necronomicon and deny entry to any Deadites as you spin this sweet 30th-anniversary collector's vinyl set for Sam Raimi's Evil Dead 2. This eerie horror show for your ears has been out of print for three decades, and now Waxwork Records is resurrecting the soundtrack in a diabolical, remastered edition that comes pressed on 180-gram colored vinyl inside heavyweight old-style tip-on jackets, 11” x 11” printed inserts and demonic new artwork by Justin Erickson of Phantom City Creative.

Composed by Joseph Loduca, the unsettling score for Evil Dead 2 “is the sophisticated follow up to the first film’s outstanding soundtrack, engrossing the listener in classic orchestral horror, electronic cues, and haunting lullaby compositions.” It's offered in two versions: “Ash” – blood red, blue and brown swirl vinyl, or “Oldsmobile Delta ’88” – yellow vinyl.

Available for order now HERE for $28, or your eternal soul! Have a listen at some sample tracks below and let us know if you're possessed by its aural persuasions.
