After getting our first look at a rather wacky-haired Rutger Hauer, we’re now getting our first half-naked look at Sookie’s (Anna Paquin) newest luurve interest straight from the True Blood season-six set.
The new hunk in Sookie’s life is played by U.K. actor Rob Kazinsky (EastEnders), who'd originally nabbed the role of the dwarf Fili in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit but had to sadly pull out of the film at the last minute for personal reasons. The role then went to The Almighty Johnsons' Dean O'Gorman.
But never mind dwarves and Middle-earth, Kazinsky will play Ben, another fellow faerie of Sookie’s who will help her and her brother Jason (Ryan Kwanten) unravel the mystery surrounding their parents' murders, which was hinted at last season.
The 29-year-old former EastEnders actor was spotted on the Los Angeles set on March 13, while filming took place outside a private home looking all fine and dandy with Paquin. Upon seeing his pictures in the Daily Mail, Kazinsky wrote on twitter:
Today the dailymail showed me that in the 4 years since eastenders, I've just about doubled in size. #doughnuts— Robert Kazinsky (@RobertKazinsky) March 14, 2013
Have a look at the pics below.
Think Kazinsky has what it takes to make Sookie forget Eric (Alexander Skarsgard), Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Alcide (Joe Manganiello)?
