As part of Syfy 25 – where we’re looking back at everything amazing that’s happened in the world of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror over the last 25 years – we asked a bunch of famous people what sort of geeky stuff they like. Here’s what The Expanse's Dominique Tipper had to say.

The one thing I geek out over the most is:
Stationery.

The first thing I remember geeking out over is:
Michael Jackson.

The science fiction/fantasy creator I most respect is:
James S A Corey :)

My geeky guilty pleasure is:
Breaking into random different accents.

The current state of science fiction in three words:
Pretty damn good.

The best genre film of the last 25 years is:
I'm not sure what the best is, but a few genre films I've really enjoyed are Attack the Block, Kill Bill, The Faculty, and Arrival.

The best genre series of the last 25 years is:
The Expanse, of course, hehe.

The best comic book or graphic novel of the last 25 years is:
I've only just started reading them, and Saga is my favorite so far.

The best video game of the last 25 years is:
I had a Sega 16-bit Megadrive when I was a kid and loved this weird platform game called Fantastic Dizzy. :) Abe's Odyssey was AWESOME, too!

A movie that desperately needs a remake is:
Let's make originals.

If I could live in any fictional universe or reality, it would be:
Game of Thrones.

Because: Dragonssssss.

A scene from a movie that scared the ever-living sh*t out of me was:
The end of Strangers. What. The. F*ckkkkk.

The most underrated sci-fi/fantasy movie of all time:
I don't know why Arrival wasn't nominated.

The fictional character with the best style is:
Harley Quinn.

The best Batman was:
Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman.

If I could time-travel I would:
Visit every decade between now and the 1920s.

If I could have one superpower, it would be:
The power that all the women have in The Power by Naomi Alderman.

Which superpower comes with the biggest drawbacks: flight, invisibility, or telekinesis?
Probably telekinesis.

If I were a hero my sidekick would be:
Deadpool.

On a voyage through space, my captain would be:
I already have one of those. :)

People in fantasy tales are always British because:
We're what fantasies are made of, I guess. Haha.

In a fight between Wonder Woman and Superman, who would win?
Oooo I hope Wonder Woman because Superman is booooorrrrrinnnggg.

In a fight between Hulk and Thor, who would win?
Hulk.
