Han Solo surf wear and Chewie’s own dopp kit: These are the duds you’re looking for (Exclusive)

Chewie, is that you? Wookiees and grooming may not be two words that typically snuggle close, but a new line of surf casual threads and toiletry gear inspired by Solo: A Star Wars Story is aiming to have the guys out there looking sharp for summer — all while sporting a subtle bit of Star Wars flair, even for the shaggiest among us.

Leave your cosplay gear at home for this one: pop culture retailer BoxLunch’s new line of Solo-themed casual wear is all about everyday wearability. The men’s collection includes both apparel and grooming goods, which means you can make a tasteful, low-key entrance at the Solo premiere while looking way more put together than that walking carpet waiting in line behind you.

Men aren’t the only ones BoxLunch is lavishing with a line of Solo-inspired threads: There’s also a women’s line, too:

The brand describes its menswear lineup as “a '70s surf-inspired trio of shirts…styled in soft tones and geometric patterns” that bear “subtle hints to the upcoming film,” including sweet little motifs that tastefully feature the Millennium Falcon, the Imperial crest, and two new takes on Storm Troopers the movie will introduce (Mud Troopers and Range Troopers), all cleverly embedded in the prints.

As you can see, the collection is rounded out by the Chewbacca grooming kit, which sports the belt pattern along its side. And if you need something to smuggle inside the bag, you’re covered by a separately-sold collection of “Wookiee-inspired” toiletries.
