This year marked the 30th anniversary of the first Ghostbusters flick, and although we didn’t actually get the reunion we were all hoping for (Harold Ramis sadly passed away earlier this year), at least a new Ghostbusters was finally announced last month with director Paul Feig at the helm.
But with an all-female cast.
And it'll be a reboot.
But most of the original cast, including Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Sigourney Weaver finally got reunited again for a photoshoot with Entertainement Weekly (Rick Moranis, Annie Potts and director Ivan Reitman are probably featured inside the mag but they're there)). Since that's the best we'll probably get, let's soak it all up, ectoplasm and all.
Here's what EW said about getting the gang together at last:
We called up the original Ghostbusters and convinced Bill Murray, Sigourney Weaver, Dan Aykroyd, Ivan Reitman, Ernie Hudson, and Annie Potts to don the famous ghost logo once more as they shared stories about auditions, the Ghostbusters legacy, and the late Harold Ramis.
