Director Lowell Dean’s cult horror-comedy movie WolfCop is getting a sequel, and we have a glorious zany trailer.
Titled Another WolfCop, the follow-up to the 2014 crowd-funded Canadian indie movie will feature “more blood, more liquor, more guns” and “more donuts.” Since, you know, fans were apparently howling for more (their words, not mine, but I'll admit I was howling for more, too).
Another WolfCop sees the return of Leo Fafard as boozy cop Lou Garou (which is a play on Loup-Garou, meaning werewolf in French), who will roar back to action as WolfCop in the movie, slated to screen during Montreal's upcoming Fantasia Film Festival from July 13 to Aug. 2.
So, what’s the sequel about, besides having more of everything we loved from the first film? Read up on the synopsis before sinking your teeth into the trailer below (complete with an awesome appearance from uber-geek extraordinaire Kevin Smith!), and let us know if you’re ready to ride along with Another WolfCop.
Alcoholic werewolf cop Lou Garou springs into action when an eccentric businessman with evil intentions seduces Woodhaven’s residents with a new brewery and hockey team in this outrageous horror-comedy sequel.
