After releasing a handful of tantalizing teasers, 20th Century Fox has now unleashed the full force of the first Kingsman: The Golden Circle trailer.
Directed by Matthew Vaughn from a script he co-wrote with Jane Goldman, the new Kingsman movie sees the return of Colin Firth (even though you know that), Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, Sophie Cookson and Edward Holcroft, along with Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, Pedro Pascal and Sir Elton John joining in the fun. The movie is based on Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons’ The Golden Circle comic published between 2012-2013.
There are a lot of things going on in the trailer, but I’m going to be brief so you can have a look for yourselves: Colin Firth! Explosions! Car chases! Pedro Pascal with a stache and whip! Channing Tatum with a cowboy hat and shotgun! Halle Berry! Cyborg dude! And So. Much. More. Check out the new trailer below, and let us know what you think!
Here's the full synopsis:
“Kingsman: The Secret Service" introduced the world to Kingsman -- an independent, international intelligence agency operating at the highest level of discretion, whose ultimate goal is to keep the world safe. In "Kingsman: The Golden Circle," our heroes face a new challenge. When their headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the U.S. called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents' strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world, something that's becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy...
Kingsman: The Golden Circle is slated to open in movie theaters on September 22.
