We have a little under a month to wait for the hotly anticipated return of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and to whet our appetite for more timey-wimey adventures, The CW has released a brand-new promo for the midseason premiere of the superhero series, titled “Raiders of the Lost Art.”

The Legion of Doom made up of Eobard Thawne/Reverse Flash (Matt Letscher), Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) and Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) has now assembled (sans Wentworth Miller’s Captain Cold, it would now appear) — and there’s a funny scene where Ray (Brandon Routh) and Nate (Nick Zano) names the villainous team that, but Sara (Caity Lotz) will have none of it — to wreak havoc on the crew of the Waverider.

In the midseason finale, the team’s former captain Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) was found (finally!!) living in 1967, where he’s now working has a movie director (with an American accent, to boot), making films about his adventures through time and space. The kicker is that our time-traveling hero has no memory of who he actually is, and dude is now in the Legion of Doom’s nefarious hands. As for what else to expect in the upcoming episodes: Romance is in the air for Nate and Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers), who are seen canoodling under the covers in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it scene, and we'll get more of that Nate-Ray bromance.

When the show returns in January, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will be paired off with The Flash, airing right after the speedy comic book series on its new night and time on Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 9 p.m.
