Marvel’s Inhumans series unleashes a batch of character portraits

Marvel has released a batch of character portraits for their upcoming Inhumans TV series. Let’s get up close and personal with some of them, shall we?

Pictured below are Hell on Wheels' Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Serinda Swan as Medusa (who is still having a bad prehensile hair day), Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Ken Leung as Karnak, Sonya Balmores as Auran, Ellen Woglom as Louise, and Mike Moh as Triton in all their costumed glory.

Sadly missing in action in this series of portraits are Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, and Lockjaw (although it’s not hard to understand why there’s no portrait of a fully rendered, teleporting CGI dog, even if Lockjaw may turn out to be the show’s coolest character).

As SYFY WIRE’s Tara Bennett reported from this Sunday’s TCA panel, Marvel’s Inhumans eight-episode TV series will have a limited two-week IMAX run (the show was filmed with IMAX cameras) kicking off on Sept. 1 with a 75-minute version of the first two episodes before airing an “84-minute premiere with new footage" come Sept. 29 on ABC.
