What's this? Some Cloverfield-like found footage discovered in the rubble of Hollywood creativity? A sting video made by someone who made his or her way into the inner sanctum of studio power? No! It's Indiana native Nathan Gotsch's parody of a pitch meeting with mega-high-concept producer Jerry Bruckheimer!
USC Film School vet Gotsch sat down with a few friends to make the short film below, just in time for the release of Bruckheimer's Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. The movie is a little more than five minutes long, and you just know in your heart of hearts that one of the idiotic pitches made below in those few short minutes is probably something someone really did pitch, at some point.
