Only two days ago, we showed you the epic awesomeness that was the BBC's Doctor Who trailer. Now it's BBC America's turn to unleash upon us its very own, no less exciting, brand-new extended trailer! And this time, we're going to America.
So what's different? Well, it has some brand-new scenes and focuses a bit more on the first few episodes of season six—particularly on the two-part opening story that has the Doctor (Matt Smith) and his companions go to 1960s America in "The Impossible Astronaut" and "Day of the Moon."
We also get a good look at actor Mark Sheppard (Supernatural, Battlestar Galactica—seriously, this guy's everywhere), tons more scenes from of the Oval Office, more of River Song (Alex Kingston) and actor Hugh Bonneville's (Downton Abbey) pirate character from the as-yet-untitled episode three.
Annnd we also get a much clearer look at those alien thingies we already showed you here and much, much more.
"Ever look in the mirror and think you're seeing a whole new other world?" asks the Doctor. "Well, this time it's not an illusion."
What do you think?
Doctor Who premieres on April 23rd on BBC America, BBC One (UK) and Space (Canada).
