Doctor Who is still filming in Cardiff, and a few very interesting pics emerged today, confirming the return of not just one, but TWO popular Who characters. *SPOILERS*
While yesterday we showed you some awesome set pics from the historical episode (episode nine is rumored to be titled "The Crimson Horor") with Dame Diana Rigg and Catrin Stewart back as Jenny—Madame Vastra's main squeeze and servant—this time we've got the goods, confirming that the samurai-sworld-wielding Silurian warrior, played by Neve McIntosh, is indeed back, despite her previous nay-sayings.
And so is actor Dan Starkey, who is also reprising his role as the, um, lactating Sontaran Strax. All three characters were seen in last season's "A Good Man Goes to War."
The fact that Strax is alive and well makes us believe that this episode may be taking place before the events of "AGMGTW" in these characters' personal timeline.
Have a look at the new pics and let us know what you guys think! Are you happy to see Jenny, Madame Vastra and Strax back to give a helping hand to the Doctor (Matt Smith) and his newest companion, Clara (Jenna-Louise Coleman)?
