Star Wars is turning 40! And here are the 40th Anniversary toys

40 (!) years ago this May, a little space opera from maverick director George Lucas called Star Wars was quietly released in 32 theaters across the United States. It later becoming the greatest film franchise in Hollywood history, embedding itself into global popular culture for all eternity.

With Star Wars: The Last Jedi coming this December, this anniversary year seems even more special, with numerous tributes, merchandising tie-ins and fan events scheduled around the world to mark the occasion.

Speaking of merchandising tie-ins, here's the first exciting wave of toys and games from Hasbro to get you in the spirit of this momentous occasion, including:
