You know the saying: You can't keep an old Jedi down.
The latest Darth Vader comic that hit stores today has an exciting revelation in its panels. Darth Vader #6 is written by Charles Soule with Giuseppe Camuncoli at sequential art duties and David Curiel on colors. This issue is a good jumping-off point for new readers looking to make the leap because this is the start of an all-new storyline that bridges Episode III and Episode IV. Lord Vader goes toe-to-toe with Star Wars: Rebels baddie The Grand Inquisitor in the Marvel canon series.
However, there is a stunning revelation that one Jedi — whom many reasoned to be dead during Darth Sidious and Anakin Skywalker's Jedi purge — is actually alive.
Can you guess who it was?
Warning: Spoilers ahead!
Yep. You guessed it. It was the master of the Jedi archives herself: Jocasta Nu. Nu's death has been retcon from the Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith video game, in which Anakin Force-pulls her into his lightsaber.
Don't hold your breath for an onscreen Star Wars: The Last Jedi appearance, though. But perhaps she'll play a more significant role in the Star Wars Marvel Comic Universe.
