The CW's Supergirl is loading the deck with fan-favorite sci-fi stars from the '90s, and now we might actually know who they're playing.

The series recently cast Kevin Sorbo (Hercules) and Teri Hatcher (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman) in mystery roles, but Sorbo just dropped some major details. He told Entertainment Tonight that he and Hatcher are playing a married couple from a planet that was a rival to Krpyton. Check out the choice excerpt from his comments below.

"I'm heading up to Vancouver and I'll be doing a three-show arc, and Teri Hatcher's playing my wife … I’m from another planet that's an arch-rival planet of Krypton. Which is now of course destroyed."

As fans are well aware, it sounds like like Sorbo is almost certainly describing the planet Daxam, which was a rival planet to Krpyton. It's also where new team member Mon-El (Chris Wood) came from, and we've already seen some Dominator aliens searching for him. There's also the fact that Mon-El claims he was just an average guy and his friend (the Prince of Daxam) sacrificed himself to save him and get him off-world in an escape pod.

But what if Mon-El is actually the Prince of Daxam ... and Sorbo and Hatcher are playing his parents? As in, the former King and Queen of Daxam?

If this turns out to be true, remember that these mystery characters were described as being potential new villains, so it seems ripe for drama between Mon-El and Kara ... especially since Mon-El has gotten pretty chummy with the Kryptonian do-gooder.

What do you think? Do we have it figured out? Who would you like to see the duo play?
