Hulu’s fun horror series Freakish will return with a fresh batch of episodes next week, and ahead of the Season 2 premiere, a battle royale of a teaser trailer has dropped.

Freakish follows a group of high school students who find themselves in the midst of every student’s worst nightmare: getting stuck in their high school when the town’s chemical plant goes critical and the meltdown creates zombies mutant freaks. The first season debuted in time for Halloween last year, and Hulu is keeping with tradition for Season 2.

The show's sophomore season will see our group of students still trapped in Kent High School, where their relationships will be put to the test when a new group of survivors makes its arrival. We’re told, “Friendships will be lost, enemies made, and ventures outside into the dangerous unknown will present life-and-death stakes for the students,” which should make for some pretty intense drama.

Starring Liza Koshy (Escape the Night), Meghan Rienks (12 Deadly Days), Adam Hicks (Zeke and Luther), Ryan McCartan (Midnight, Texas), Amanda Steele (Guidance), Niki DeMartino (Dance Camp), Saxon Sharbino (Poltergeist), Leo Howard (Kickin’ It), Brant Daugherty (Pretty Little Liars) and Jordan Calloway (Riverdale), the 10-episode second season of Freakish will premiere on Oct. 18 on Hulu.
