Universal's The Mummy wants to make sure you don't forget about its parched protagonist and ancient ambling evil in between the mega-launches of Wonder Woman and Transformers: The Last Knight, so the studio has unchained four new clips to feast on before Friday.

Endure one more resurrection of the official synopsis for those somehow snoozing over the past year:

Tom Cruise headlines a spectacular, all-new cinematic version of the legend that has fascinated cultures all over the world since the dawn of civilization: The Mummy. Thought safely entombed in a tomb deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient princess (Sofia Boutella of Kingsman: The Secret Service and Star Trek Beyond) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension. From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy brings a surprising intensity and balance of wonder and thrills in an imaginative new take that ushers in a new world of gods and monsters.

In this latest grouping of tempting previews we see Cruise's Nick Morton and his sidekick, played by Jake Johnson, as they try to escape an Egyptian attack, Russell Crowe's Dr. Jekyll welcoming Nick to the monster-hunting lair of Prodigium, Sofia Boutella making an unholy pact with Set, the God of Death, and Nick saving Jenny in a harrowing scene aboard a doomed airliner.

Plunge into these electrifying promos and tell us if you're bound to witness the birth of Universal's Dark Universe when Alex Kurtzman's The Mummy stalks theaters on June 9.
