Hitman: Agent 47 is the reboot of a movie based on a videogame series—but don’t let that scare you. Despite a few missteps, the Hitman games, about a genetically engineered assassin who has a soft spot for animals, respect for his handler Diana, and few other emotions, are worth turning into a feature film. We have some footage for you to pique your curiosity.
In the clip below, Agent 47 (Rupert Friend) is in a room with a woman ... who is tied to a chair. Agent 47 explains to the unnamed woman (who we know from IMDB is Hannah Ware) that they’re part of the same covert program.
He also tells her to untie herself. How she responds is all too brief but absolutely wonderful.
Agent 47 was raised with other clone assassins, but they weren’t the only ones. In the 2012 game Hitman: Absolution, he meets Victoria, a teenager who shares the same souped-up genes. Victoria was secreted away by 47’s handler Diana, to give her a normal life. 47 is then ordered to kill Diana. What happens next? Find out by playing the compelling game Hitman: Absolution.
