One of the coolest post-apocalypse shows you might not be watching is back this week, with a big time jump and semi-reboot that makes for a perfect jumping-on point. But that's not all — there's also a whole lot of new stuff to check out.

The CW's acclaimed sci-fi drama The 100 is back to anchor the spring/summer schedule, joined on the network by new episodes of Flash (with 100 percent more Captain Cold), Arrow, and Supergirl. SYFY has new episodes of The Expanse and Krypton (which is doing some fascinating stuff with the Superman/DC canon), while AMC brings the zombie action with an excellent episode of Fear the Walking Dead. If you'd given up on the show before, or never checked it out at all, this is a great time to tune in. Seriously, it's that good.

Looking across the wider schedule, we have a new Lucifer, Shadowhunters, Legion, Riverdale, Supernatural, Siren, Once Upon a Time, and a whole lot more.

Check out our full rundown below and let us know what you'll be watching.
