“There’s a vampire in London.” So time to grab your crucifix, garlic, stakes and holy water, 'cause you know Dracula's coming.
Dracula—the granddaddy of all vampires of the non-sparkling kind—is finally set to make its bloody (and since he’s played by The Tudors' Jonathan Rhys Meyers, make that also sexy) return as a lavish 10-episode series on NBC.
Now you can have a sneak peek at what’s happening behind the scenes of NBC’s upcoming fantasy-horror series Dracula, starring Rhys Meyers—who made even Henry VIII all kinds of hot while the real-life thing was anything BUT.
This newest retelling of Bram Stoker’s horror classic novel isn’t, according to EW, “your daddy’s Dracula.”
Titled “The Making of Dracula,” this new BTS video includes interviews with Rhys Meyers as Vlad Tepes, aka Alexander Grayson, aka Dracula; Oliver Jackson-Cohen as Jonathan Harker; Merlin’s Katie McGrath as Lucy Westenra; Game of Thrones’ Nonso Anozie as R.M. Renfield; Thomas Kretschmann as Abraham Van Helsing; Victoria Smurfit as the ass-kicking vampire slayer Lady Jane; and Jessica De Gouw as Dracula’s love interest Mina Murray.
Expect a lot of blood, drama and sex in this limited-run series. The sets look awesome, the costumes gorgeous, and we’re getting to see a whole lot of action sequences. And, again, blood. Lots and lots of it.

We don't know about you, but this sneak peek has made us really excited about the series.
Dracula’s premiere will sink its teeth on NBC on Oct. 25 at 10 p.m.
