We're talking to female creators all month, and we recently caught up with Tania del Rio to talk about what it was like breaking into the comic industry.
Del Rio, likely best known for her acclaimed run on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, looked back at her career and how the industry has changed during her years in the business. She also touched on the way female creators have been able to connect through social media over the past few years and how it feels to now have a community online to keep up with one another's work.
She also talks about what she's learned along the way, and the advice she'd give herself if she could go back in time (or any other young creator looking to break into the business): Don't get discouraged, and have faith in your abilities.
