Part of the lead-up to Star Wars: Battlefront II included a book by Christie Golden called Battlefront II: Inferno Squad. The book follows Commander Iden Versio and her team after the destruction of the Death Star, and that story goes hand in hand with the single-player story in the game itself.
A new trailer for the Battlefront II single-player campaign has dropped, giving us our best look yet at Iden Versio herself, the gameplay, and the story from her perspective. It will be fascinating to jump into the head of a soldier of the Empire in the wake of the Rebellion's victory.
We've already gotten a look behind the scenes of the making of the game. While many fans are looking forward to the multiplayer aspect of Battlefront II, single-player still has a place in many gamers' hearts, so it's nice to get a glimpse into what it's going to be like playing Iden.
You'll also spot some very familiar faces in the trailer, so be prepared for a few surprises.
Battlefront II will be available for PC, XBox One, and PS4, in both standard and deluxe editions.
Is it November 17 yet?
