Rick Worthy


Rick Worthy began his career in theatre when he moved to Chicago, where he performed at several prestigious theatres including Chicago Dramatists Workshop, the Goodman Theater, and Victory Gardens Theater. Later, he moved to Los Angeles and received his first big break as Rickey Latrell, an NBA Star acquitted of murder, on the Steven Bochco drama Murder One in 1996. He then played Nathan Jackson, one of the Magnificent Seven on the CBS Western The Magnificent Seven. He has had several roles within the Star Trek franchise: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. Additional credits include roles in Battlestar Galactica, The Vampire Diaries, Stargate SG-1, Heroes, NCIS, Eyes and the mini-series Fallen. Many know him from the series Supernatural,  where he played the Alpha Vampire.  He also appears as Lem Washington, a freedim-fighter in the Starz drama The Man in the High Castle.

A native Detroiter, Worthy is a graduate of the University of Michigan in 1990.
