Multi-talented actor and screenwriter Jaleel White is known throughout the world for bringing laughter into people's lives. White is best known for his portrayal of Steve Urkel/Stefan Urquelle on the long running series, Family Matters, one of 22 shows in television history to reach 200 episodes.
While attending UCLA's School of Film and Television, White occupied a dual role as star and producer of the UPN series Grown-Ups. Upon graduating from UCLA, White worked as a WGA writer for such notable companies as Imagine Entertainment and Disney Channel Television. He has also resumed acting, starring in the feature film Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer, and appearing in Dreamgirls. On TV, White appeared on House, Boston Legal and had a recurring role on USA Network's smash hit, Psych. He was also featured in the viral music video "Cry Baby" for Cee Lo Green, and appeared on ABC's hit Dancing With the Stars.
