Delivered as Part 4 of its "Atomic Summer" series of rowdy promo clips for Atomic Blonde, here's a new display of hand-to-hand combat with Charlize Theron and James McAvoy roughhousing in an azure-hued, neon-drenched hotel suite bedroom.
Titled "Blue Monday," it reveals Theron's MI6 super spy, Lorraine Broughton, taking a refreshing ice bath, then discovering McAvoy's Berlin station chief David Percival lurking around the corner. Adapted by Kurt Johnstad (300) from the 2012 Oni Press graphic novel The Coldest War, written by Antony Johnston with art by Sam Hart, this assassin-stuffed, late Cold War thriller is directed by David Leitch (John Wick, Deadpool 2). The solid cast is rounded out by John Goodman, Toby Jones and The Mummy's Sofia Boutella.
Step softly into this latest preview for Atomic Blonde and tell us if you'll cruise back into the '80s when the spycraft craziness strikes on July 28.
