A gorgeous woman (we'll call her Two) emerges from her pod, smacks One across the face, beats the hell out of him and then pushes him out of the way like a pile of old newspapers. This is how to make an entrance.
Sexual tension smolders as One opens the door in his boxer briefs and is greeted by a flirtatious yet shaming Two. She summons him to the cockpit for their descent into orbit ... and suggests he wears pants. Mixed signals!
The suspicious miners want to know who the visitors are and whether or not someone named "Rothgar" sent them. Unfortunately, the visitors haven't a clue (because, you know, they have no memories). After some initial tension, everyone eventually agrees to lower their weapons and go have drinks.
The miners offer to help the crew re-fuel and re-stock but tell them they better get out of town before "The Raza" comes. The Raza is a gang of assassins (and, according to legend, half-man/half-reptiles) who have been hired by the evil Ferrous Corporation to kill everybody on the planet so they can take it over and exploit a nearby goldmine of terrium (which seems to be the futuristic equivalent of oil).
One notices that one of the miners, Mireille, has the same necklace he found on the ship. She tells him that when they sent their friend Rothgar away to get weapons to help them fight The Raza, he told her that she'd knew if the people who returned were allies because they'd be wearing the same necklace. Huh!
Thanks to some computer wizardry performed by The Android, the crew members learn their actual identities: They're all major criminals! And "The Raza" is not a race of aliens: it's the name of their ship! THEY'RE the scary lizard people sent to kill the miners!
