McKenzie meets the contestants at Sony Pictures Studios to give them the deets on their newest challenge: a makeover for five of the characters from The Wizard of Oz when they fall through Alice's rabbit hole into Wonderland.
Rachael and Keaghlan, whose character is the Tin Woodman, sync up like magnets on their concept.
Sasha wants to go pretty and whimsical with their concept, but defers to Jason, who wants something dark and grotesque. Mr. Westmore tells them that's not the right direction, but they stay dark instead of going light, per his feedback.
Next week, Neville, Ve, and Glenn will battle against each other in a little thing we like to call Judge Match. (Get it? It's like Grudge Match! But with judges.). Just thought we'd throw that out there.
At the last minute, George and Drew scratched the whimsical tornado hairstyle they had planned in favor of a hat - it's not a decision the judges applaud.
The judges love the concept for the brainless scarecrow embracing the madness of Wonderland, but Cig and Damien made the face far too dark and busy for the character to come through.
Keaghlan and Rachael's elegantly sculpted Tin Woodman made it into top looks!
Dina and Stella's winged monkey wows the judges with its jester's hat growing right out of its head. It's very Wonderland AND very Oz, meaning it's a winner! Dina's named the champ this week, since the organic/inorganic jester's hat was her bright idea.
The Cowardly Lion, by Jason and Sasha, just didn't fit the challenge. Since Jason's concept drove the makeup, he is eliminated this week.
