Spotlight Challenge: Haunted Hotel
1 of 16Graham's concierge has a wicked beard, right? But anyway, back to the makeup... Glenn questioned if the teeth are just painted on to make them look crooked, to which Ve replied, “it kinda works tho.” And with that Graham won his challenge.

3 of 16Ve says that it’s very Joker-like and that doesn’t really fit the challenge. Glenn adds that the nails don’t go with the face and the face isn’t really necessarily ghastly, which would be a good thing IRL - just saying.

Spotlight Challenge: Haunted Hotel
5 of 16The makeup on Kelly's bellhop started to run during the the judge's closeup viewing, which is bad. And then Glenn said that he couldn't make sense of the shapes of the sculpture, which is really bad. Ultimately, Kelly was sent home this week. *tear*

9 of 16Neville gives it an “E” for effort. “It’s got a decent distant read in terms of silhouette. But Ve is not feeling the veins in the neck. “They’re just not right.” Glenn agrees, “The wrinkle directionality is SO strange.” And with that, Yvonne was sent home.

12 of 16Ve called the makeup odd and says that it got too muddy - definition around the eyes would have helped, in her expert opinion. Glenn said that the colors are too warm and she doesn’t look quite dead. Now, that’s a statement.
Spotlight Challenge: Haunted Hotel
13 of 16Ve said, “Well, it’s quirky alright.” Neville added that what’s so successful about this makeup is the proportions. We agree! Big hair, don’t care!
A challenge winner, indeed.

15 of 16Matt strikes a pose with his overall challenge winning makeup, which the judges LOVED; with Glenn calling it a great approach to the challenge.
Spotlight Challenge: Haunted Hotel
16 of 16Guest judge makeup artist Mike Mekash who’s known for his work on American Horror Story, helped Damien on this challenge but Ve wanted more diversity in the color. Glenn said he really digs the bloated chin, so there’s that.
