He creates a diversion so Quentin and Julia can sneak into the Underworld office and find out that the shades are kept at Hades and Persephone's house.

Meet Sylvia. She is Penny’s supervisor at the Neitherlands Library. She’s also kind of a smart ass and decides to help get the head librarian's name for Penny so he can find her book, which hopefully has the way into the Poison Room.

With magic going completely nuts, Eliot decides to “trufie” (truth-roofie) his closest advisors to see if one of them is behind the mayhem. The advisors come clean about some minor infractions but Margo finally let’s lose the truth about the Fairies and is promptly sent to the dungeons.

Penny finds out the head librarian's name only to discover that her book has been relocated to…? You guessed it! The Poison Room. Luckily, Sylvia also wants in so the two ultimately join forces!
