Romwell tried to take Dutch’s freedom, so Dutch had to take Romwell’s life, twice.

S2/E5: Dutch has a fireside chat with Khylen who’s trapped inside the body of D’avin. Meanwhile Pawter’s dad saves the day and everyone’s life except for his own.
