Director Bryan Singer is knee-deep in his next X-Men flick, and some set pics have surfaced showing an all-out melee between some of the cast members.
Between in-the-wild set pics, and some internal shots released by Singer, we can see a lot more of the 1970s setting where we'll find the First Class cast. The costumes are clearly inspired by the decade, and this should at least be one of the most visually fun X-Men movies ever.
As for the pics? A decade might’ve passed between the events of First Class and Days of Future Past, but it looks like there’s still more than enough ill will between Nicholas Hoult’s Beast and Michael Fassbender’s Magneto, who are duking it out in a fountain. You can also peek Jennifer Lawrence’s Mystique hanging around the fringes, if you look closely.
Days of Future Past is based on the seminal 1980s comic storyline of the same name, that followed the X-Men through a time-travel tale on a mission to avert a terrible, apocalyptic future.
