Charlton Heston starred in three of sci-fi's greatest flicks—Planet of the Apes, Omega Man and Soylent Green. But let's say you don't have the time to watch them back to back. No problem! You can watch them all at once. Really.

Anthony Discenza cut together the three films in their entirety, cutting among them every 1/10 of a second, while all the soundtracks are played simultaneously. The resulting art project, which was screened at Southern Exposure's Bellwether Exhibition, might sound like something designed to cause headaches, but instead it put us into kind of a trance state.

We've got no idea where and when you'd be able to catch the whole thing, but you can watch a six-minute excerpt below.

So? We're willing to bet that Heston himself would have hated it. But what did you think?
